Located at the very top of your site, the header contains links to your main website pages and includes a direct link to your Contact page so residents can quickly get in touch.

2. Emergency Alert Banner

Positioned right below the header, this high-visibility banner is designed for urgent community announcements, weather warnings, or public safety notices.

  • Note: Staff can easily toggle this banner on or off as needed.

3. Visual Hero Banner & Quick Action Buttons

  • Hero Banner: A prominent visual section featuring key photos or high-level messaging for your community.

  • Quick Action Buttons: Located directly below the visual hero, these buttons provide one-click access to the most frequently requested resident services (such as utility bill pay, permit requests, or report-a-concern forms).
