Step 2: Exploring the Admin Environment
Your editor provides two intuitive ways to find what you need:
1. Dashboard Shortcut Buttons (Top Ribbon)
Across the top of your Admin Dashboard, you’ll find quick-action buttons for your most common administrative tasks, such as posting news updates, managing calendar events, or accessing legal buttons.
2. Main Navigation Menu (Left Sidebar)
Located along the left edge of your screen, this vertical sidebar gives you full access to every specialized GforGov® module, tool, and setting on your site (including Agendas & Minutes, Emergency Banners, Elections, and Utility Tools).
Step 3: Editing On the Go ("Visit Site" Mode)
If you prefer to edit pages while viewing your live website visually:
Hover over your City Name in the top left corner of the admin bar.
Click Visit Site.
Your live site will open with a black Editor Ribbon anchored across the top.
This ribbon allows you to navigate your site like a normal visitor while giving you single-click options to edit pages directly as you browse.
